Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on anxiety and depression and life quality of patients undergo-ing interventional therapy for coronary heart disease ( CHD) . Methods:184 CHD patients who received interventional therapy were random-ly divided into the observation group and the control group (92 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the evidence-based nursing was additionally adopted in the observation group. The incidence of postoperative non-vascular complications and the scores of anxiety, depression and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Re-sults:The incidence of postoperative non-vascular complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group ( P<0. 05);the scores of SAS and SDS at discharge and after discharge for 3 months were significantly lower than those on admission and were lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 05);the scores of SF-36 and SAQ at discharge and after discharge for 3 months were significantly lower than those on admission and were lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:The evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative non-vascular complications, relieve anxiety and de-pression and improve the quality of life of the patients in the interventional treatment of CHD.
