Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of nurse-patient relationship on job burnout of clinical nurses so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods:450 clinical nurses were investigated by using the general questionnaire for nurses and the job burnout inventory ( MBI-HSS) . Results:The factors influencing the detection rate of job burnout of nurses were:the self-assessment of nurse′s worKing environment,the degree of patient′s trust and respect;the factors influencing the score of each dimension were:the self-assessment of nurse′s worKing environment,the degree of patient's trust and respect and the patient's satisfaction with nursing service ( P<0. 05);the higher the scores were,the heavier the degree of job burnout was (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The nurse-patient relationship is one of important factors influencing job burnout of clinical nurses,so hospital managers should focus on building a good nurse-patient re-lationship and good worKing environment and looKing for positive countermeasures from three aspects of individual,organization and society to prevent and reduce the occurrence of job burnout of nurses.
