Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing on breastfeeding compliance and bad mood of primiparous women after ce-sarean section. Methods:130 primiparous women who underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(65 cases in each group). The primiparous women in the control group were given routine nursing care and intervention, and the primiparous women in the observation group were provided extra comfort nursing intervention. The scores of SAS and SDS,breastfeeding compliance and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results:The scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower in observation group than those in the control group after the intervention(P < 0. 05);the BESE score of pri-miparous women, the initial time of lactation and amount of lactation within 48 hours in the observation group was significantly better than the control group after the intervention(P < 0. 05);the breastfeeding compliance and satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The comfort nursing can significantly alleviate the negative emo-tions of anxiety and depression of primiparous women and improve their breastfeeding compliance and satisfaction with nursing care after cesarean section.
