Abstract:Objective:To discuss the method and effect of pain intervention on patients with artificial total hip replacement. Methods:120 patients undergoing artificial total hip replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention and rehabilitation training and the patients in the ob-servation group were additionally given pain intervention, the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the postoperative scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups(P< 0. 05);the scores of the degree of swelling in the affected limb in 12,24,48 and 72 hours after operation were lower in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the difference in the comparison of the joint activity of hip was statistically significant between the two groups after the intervention(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The pain intervention can reduce the pain and swelling of the patients after total hip replacement and improve the activity of the hip joint.
