Application of CNP in surgical patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application methods and the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in surgical patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis. Methods:80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledochoscopy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care by following evidence - based and holistic nursing care;the CNP was implemented in the observation group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of postopera-tive rehabilitation of the patients and the scores of WHO - QOL between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of CNP can promote the rehabilitation of surgical patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis and improve their quality of life.
