Effect of col aborative nursing intervention model on the elderly stroke patients in community
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of collaborative nursing intervention model on the self-care ability,quality of life and psychological status of elderly stroke patients in community. Methods:100 elderly stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The routine nursing model was used in the control group and the collaborative nurs-ing intervention model was adopted in the observation group,the self-care ability,quality of life and psychological status of the elderly stroke patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:There were statistically significant differ-ences in the comparison of the self-care ability,quality of life and psychological status of the elderly stroke patients between the two groups after the intervention(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the collaborative nursing intervention model in the elderly stroke pa-tients can significantly improve their self-care ability and psychological status so as to improve the quality of life.
