Observation on the effect of the application of the refinement process management in the operation room

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of the application of the refinement process management in the operation room. Methods:400 surgical patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(200 cases in each group). The routine man-agement for the patients during hospitalization was implemented in the control group;the refinement process management was provided for the patients during hospitalization in the observation group. The satisfaction rate of the patients,nursing quality and the effect of operation were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients,nursing quality and the effect of operation were better in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the refinement process management in the operating room can significantly improve the satisfaction of pa-tients,upgrade the comprehensive quality of nurses so as to improve the nursing quality of operation room.
