lnfluence of two kinds of job scheduling model on the quality of work and life of nurses in the department of pediatrics
Abstract：Objective:To discuss the influence of DN scheduling model and APN scheduling model on the quality of work and life of nurses in the department of pediatrics. Methods:The APN and DN scheduling models were implemented in department of pediatrics and the scores of Brooks(BQNW)were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of BQNW were higher in the DN scheduling model than those in APN scheduling model(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of DN scheduling model has realized the organic com-bination of the continuous scheduling model and nursing hierarchy management and the optimization of nursing manpower resources man-agement,and it can reduce the workload and risk of nurses and improve the quality of work and life of the nurses.
