Observation on the effect of application of bundle of care in the lateral episiotomy
Abstract：Objective:To discuss the application effect of bundle of care in the lateral episiotomy. Methods:86 parturient who received lateral episiotomy in the full - term natural delivery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(43 parturient in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the bundle of care based on the routine one was implemented in the experimental group. The satisfaction rate of the parturient with nursing service,healing of wound,degree of pain and hospitalization days were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of the parturient with nursing service and healing of wound was significantly better,hospitalization days were fewer and the degree of pain was lighter in the experimental group than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of the bundle of care can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of the parturient after lateral episiotomy and improve their prognosis and satisfaction with nursing service.
