Application of fast track surgery nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of track surgery nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:90 patients who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer were divided into the control group and the ob-servation group(45 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observa-tion group were provided fast track surgery nursing,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistical-ly significant differences in the comparison of the patientˊs satisfaction with nursing care,the incidence of complications,the first time of a-nal exhaust and defecation of the patients,the total cost and the hospitalization time between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Ap-plication of fast track surgery can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.
