The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the systematic and targeted nursing care was implemented in the observation group, the satisfaction rate, the scores of anxiety and depression, the score of health behavior and mental symptoms of the patients within one week after operation were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate was signifi-cantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the score of health behavior was higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the psychiatric symptoms were fewer in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The sys-tematic and targeted nursing intervention has better intervention effects on relieving the mental disorder of patients with CABG and on the improvement of quality of family care during the hospitalization.
