A study on the reIationship between quaIity of Iife and heaIth behavior of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract：Objective:To study the relationship between quality of life and health behavior of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:The self-rating health behavior ability scale(SRAHP)and health questionnaire(SF-36)were used to investigate 300 outpatients with chronic hepatitis B.Results:The total score of SRAHP of patients with chronic hepatitis B was 67.24 ±11.31 points and in the medium level;the total score of SF-36 was 49 1 .85 ±7 1 .68 points and at a general level.The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the quality of life and health behavior(P<0.01 ).Conclusion:The health behavior and the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B is in the general level,the health behavior ability is an important predictor of the patient's life quality.The health care workers should strengthen community health education for the patients so as to improve their quality of life.
