Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of solution-orientation nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(50 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received conventional antipsychotic treatment and nursing intervention;the solution-orientation nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the study group.Results:The scores of patient's self-care behavior and awareness of the diabetes-related knowledge were higher and better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05);alleviation of the mental symptoms of the patients was better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The solution-orientation nursing intervention for the patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes can enhance the treatment com-pliance of the patients and improve their self-care behavior.
