AppIication of case simuIation method to the training of junior nurses
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application and effect of case simulation method in the training of junior nurses in order to fur-ther enhance the ability of junior nurses to correctly judge illness and deal with the problems.Methods:The training of case simulation method was provided for 145 junior nurses a in a certain hospital at the level of grade Ⅲclass A,the basic theory test and questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the training effect before and after the training.Results:The scores of the training test of the nurses were significantly higher after the training than those before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case simulation method is conducive to the improvement of clinical thinking ability of junior nurses and the ability to cope with problems,and it can effectively improve the learning enthusiasm of the nurses.
