Effect of TCM nursing care on the controI of conditions in patients with AIzheimer's disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of TCM nursing care on the control of conditions in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Meth-ods:60 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(30 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given treatment with oral Piracetam tablets and the patients in the observation group were provided TCM nursing care based on medication.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of MMSE,CDT and MOCA before and after the intervention in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TCMnursing care is satisfactory in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease.
