Effect of high-quaIity nursing intervention on Iife quaIity of patients with chronic heart faiIure

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:86 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(43 cases in each group).The high-quality nursing service was adopted in the observation group and the routine nursing care was implemented in the con-trol group.The change of the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients was compared between the two groups within 3 months before and after nursing care.Results:The full-compliance of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);noncompliance was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of patient's social activities,depression,ADL and QOL were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:The high-quality nursing intervention can improve the compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
