Meta-anaIysis of appIying CNP to the treatment of patients with severe bronchiaI asthma

Abstract：Objective:To compare the effect between clinical nursing pathway(CNP)and routine nursing care in the treatment of pa-tients with severe asthma.Methods:A comprehensive,systematic bibliographical search of medical literature from CNKI database(CNKI) and Wanfang database(from January 2005 to June 2014)was conducted to identify the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of CNP and routine nursing care for patients with severe bronchial asthma,the quality of RCTs was assessed according to Cochrane system and Meta-analysis processed by RevMan5 .2 software.Results:1 1 articles were included(994 patients)according to the standard.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the average hospitalization time,patient's cogni-tion of the disease and awareness of health knowledge,medication compliance,treatment ability of asthma and satisfaction rate with nursing quality between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of CNP is better than routine nursing care in clinical nursing practice in the treatment of patients with severe bronchial asthma.
