Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(Apache Ⅱ)scoring combined with key factor thinking in the judgment of the time of admission to ICU in critically ill patients. Methods:The randomized controlled trial was made on 1 091 patients,using the variables and scores of key factor thinking determined based on the retrospective analysis and expert's consul-tation,and then the application effect was observed. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the case fa-tality rate between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of Apache Ⅱ scoring combined with key factor thinking in the judgment of the time of admission to ICU in critically ill patients can help medical personnel quickly distinguish critically ill patients and guide nurses establish clinical nursing thinking,enhance practical ability and strengthen coordination and connec-tion between wards and ICU.
