Abstract：Objective:To discuss the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the effect of interventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:536 hospitalized patients with CHD in our hospital were taken as the object of study. 268 patients of them admitted to hospital from May to November 2013 were taken as the control group and the other 268 patients admitted from December 2013 to April 2014 were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally given psychological nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression,quality of life,restoration of social function and satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of anxiety and depression was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P <0. 05);the quality of life,the restoration of social function and the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care were significantly better and higher in the observation group than the control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Strengthening the psychological nursing intervention on patients with CHD treated with interven-tional therapy can effectively improve the quality of life,the restoration of social function and satisfaction rate of the patients and can reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression so as to improve the quality of nursing care and ensure the safety of nursing care.
