Observation on the effect of application of the home fol ow - up for patients with postoperative limb dysfunction resulting from cerebral hemorrhage
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of home follow - up for patients with postoperative limb dysfunction resulting from cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:60 discharged patients with postoperative limb dysfunction resulting from cerebral hemorrhage(from September 2013 to March 2014)were taken as the observation group and other 60 discharged patients with the same disease(from January to August 2013)were taken as the control group. The home follow - up guidance was adopted in the observation group and the conventional nursing instruction was implemented in the control group. The activities of daily living(ADL),treatment compliance and mental status of the patients were evaluated in the two groups. Results:The scores of ADL,treatment compliance and mental status of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of home follow - up can significantly im-prove the ADL and treatment compliance of the patients and improve their psychological status as well.
