Application of psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint massage in patients with AMl

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of applying psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint mas-sage to patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in order to provide scientific basis for clinical nursing care. Methods:80 patients with AMI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint massage,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of patient's psychologi-cal status and life quality and the status of the first defecation were superior in the observation group to the control group after the interven-tion(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing and cardiac nursing care combined with acupoint massage is significant in the treatment of patients with AMI.
