Effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with non - smal cel lung cancer by the expression of activated leukocyte cel adhesion molecule

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with non - small cell lung cancer by the expression of activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule. Methods:30 patients with non - small cell lung cancer were given nursing intervention. The Self - rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self - rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the scale for measuring quality of life in pa-tients with cancer(EORTC QLQ - C30)were used to evaluate the patients before and after the intervention. Results:The scores of SAS and SDS of the patients were significantly lower after nursing intervention than those before the intervention(P < 0. 01);the scores of so-matic function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function were significantly higher after the intervention than those before the intervention(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients with non - small cell lung cancer.
