Observation on the curative effect in the treatment of 70 cases of traumatic frontal intracerebral hematoma by applying minimal y invasive therapy and nursing care
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the curative effect and nursing methods in the treatment of patients with traumatic frontal intracere-bral hematoma by applying minimally invasive therapy. Methods:The nursing measures like emergency care, perioperative nursing, pain nursing and prevention of complications were carried out in the minimally invasive treatment of 70 patients with frontal intracerebral hema-toma by using type YL - 1 puncture needle, the score of Barthel index,FMA score, the rate of patient satisfaction with nursing service,VAS and SAS scores of the patients were compared before and after nursing care. Results:The scores of Barthel index and FMA were significant-ly higher after nursing care than those before nursing care(P < 0. 05);the rate of patient satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher after nursing care than that before nursing care(P < 0. 05);the scores of VAS and SAS of the patients were significantly lower after nursing care than those before nursing care(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The efficacy of minimally invasive therapy is definite in the treatment of patients with traumatic frontal intracerebral hematoma and implementation of active nursing intervention can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients and improve patient satisfaction.
