Correlation analysis of the conflict between work and family of nurses,self - efficacy and organizational commitment in the general hospitals at the level of grade Ⅲclass A

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the level of the organizational commitment,conflict between work and family,the self - efficacy of nurses in the general hospitals at the level of grade Ⅲclass A and analyze the correlation between them. Methods:482 nurses in 2 general hospitals at the level of grade Ⅲclass A were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,organizational commitment scale, conflict of work and family scale and self - efficacy scale,and the data were collected. Results:The organizational commitment was in high level,the self - efficacy of nurses was lower than the national norm,the level of the conflict between work and family was higher than the national norm,the organizational commitment was negatively correlated with the conflict between work and family,the organizational com-mitment was positively correlated with self - efficacy of nurses,the conflict between work and family was negatively correlated with self - ef-ficacy of nurses(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The managers should take measures to improve the level of mental health of nurses according to the relationship of the organizational commitment,the conflict of work and family and self - efficacy of nurses.
