Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention team on improving the quality of life of caregivers for patients with malignant tumor. Methods:60 caregivers who voluntarily participate in the nursing intervention were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(30 caregivers in each group). The caregivers in the intervention group participated in the activities organized by nursing intervention team and the caregivers in the control group did not do. The quality of life scale(WHOQOL - BREF)and health survey scale(SF - 36)were used to investigate the caregivers in both groups. Results:After 8 - month intervention,the four dimensions (reflecting the individual life quality)of environment,physiology,psychology and society in WHOQOL - BREF were better in the interven-tion group than the control group(P < 0. 05);in SF - 36,the score of each dimension and the total score except the general health dimen-sion were higher in the intervention group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention team can effectively im-prove the quality of life of caregiver for patients with malignant tumor.
