Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of application of the comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with Tile type C1. 3 pelvic fracture by percutaneous sacral screw fixation. Methods:80 patients with Tile type Cl. 3 pelvic fracture were randomly di-vided into the observation group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The routine orthopedic nursing care was taken in the con-trol group and the comprehensive perioperative nursing measures were additionally implemented in the observation group. Results:The sat-isfaction rate of nursing care was 97. 5﹪ in the observation group and 47. 5﹪ in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05);the time of hospitalization was 27. 96 ± 5. 99 days in the observation group and 32. 33 ± 6. 72 days in the control group(P﹤0. 05);the postoperative excellent rate of Majeed functional score was 100﹪ in the observation group and the control group,in the follow-up,the shortened lower limb less than 2 cm was found in one patient in the observation group and 6 patients in the control group. Conclusion:Application of X-ray guided percutaneous sacral screw fixation in the treatment of patients with Tile type Cl. 3 pelvic fracture can reconstruct the stability of pelvic ring, shorten operation time, reduce the damage and improve patient satisfaction.
