Application of comprehensive airway nursing management program in the patients with postoperative rehabilitation after tracheotomy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the comprehensive airway nursing management program in the pa-tients with postoperative rehabilitation after tracheotomy. Methods:40 patients who received postoperative rehabilitation after tracheotomy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(20 cases in each group). The conventional nursing method was used in the control group and the comprehensive airway nursing management program was adopted in the treatment group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The occurrence rate of the patients' symptoms was lower after treatment than that before treat-ment in the treatment group and it was lower than the control group(P﹤0. 01);the incidence of complications was lower in the treatment group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the indwelling time and hospi-talization time between the two groups(P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive airway nursing management program for the postoperative rehabilitation of patients after tracheotomy is better and it can promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
