Effect of QCC on the improvement of inpatientˊs satisfaction with nursing service
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle( QCC)on the improvement of inpatientˊs satisfaction with nursing service. Methods:We set up QCC team and launched activities taking the theme of“nursing care begins in the needs of patients and focus on patientˊs satisfaction all the time”. Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher after implementation of QCC ac-tivities than that before its implementation(P﹤0. 01);the self-enhancement ability of the team member improved significantly after im-plementation of QCC activities(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:Launching QCC activities has promoted the consciousness of team members to serve patients actively and also enhance the team cohesion and nursesˊcomprehensive ability.
