Self evaluation of nurses and investigation on the satisfaction rate of patients in the implementation of high quality nursing service

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the self evaluation of nurses and the satisfaction rate of patients in the implementation of high quali-ty nursing service in order to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods:The self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a ques-tionnaire survey on 120 nurses and 240 patients in the first hospital affiliated to Lanzhou university and the data were statistically processed by using software SPSS. Results:The self evaluation of nursing staff(21 items)and evaluation of the inpatientsˊsatisfaction rate(21 i-tems)were statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of high quality nursing service has improved the overall quality of nursing staff and patientˊs satisfaction as well.
