Effect of family-involved nursing model on the improvement of the emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of family-involved nursing model on the improvement of the emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:56 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the control group(n=28,routine nursing care)and the observation group(n=28,family-involved nursing model). The scores of self-rating emotion scale and concise health questionnaire,the satisfaction rate of patients and their families with nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention for one month and 2 months. Results:The scores of self-rating emotion scale and concise health questionnaire were superior in the observation group to the control group after nursing intervention for one month and 2 months(P﹤0. 05);the satisfaction rate of patients and their families with nursing care was higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The family-involved nursing model has a good effect in improving the emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreati-tis,and satisfaction rate of the patients and their families is relatively higher.
