Application of painless ward management model in patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of painless ward management model in patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods:90 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(45 ca_ses in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the painless ward management model was a_dopted in the observation group based on routine one. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The score of pain was lower after nursing care than that before nursing care in the two groups(P<0. 05);the score of pain was lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care(P<0. 05);the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Application of painless ward management model can reduce the degree of pain in patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint and improve the effect of treatment.
