Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative pain of patients with pelvic fractures. Methods:232 patients undergoing pelvic fracture surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group( n=121 )and the control group(n=111). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and conventional treatment with analgesic drugs in the perioperative period;the preoperative and postoperative nursing care and pain care were carried out in the observation group. The pain of the patients and the satisfaction rate of the patients and their families with nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of visual analogue scale( VAS)were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P<0. 05);the satisfaction rate of the patients and their families with nursing quality was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period can effectively mitigate the pain of patients with pelvic fractures and improve the satisfaction rate of the patients and their families.
