Application of the strengthened nursing intervention to patients with repair surgery after TKR

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of the strengthened nursing intervention in patients with repair surgery after total knee replacement( TKR)in order to provide effective nursing care for patients. Methods:60 patients who would undergo TKR were ran_domly divided into the control group and the observation group(30 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and treatment and the patients in the observation group were additionally given the strengthened nursing intervention. The ac_tivity of knee joint( ROM)and scores of knee joint were evaluated in 3 months after operation. Results:The ROM and scores of knee joint of the patients were better and higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Strengthening nursing inter_vention can effectively promote the recovery of joint function of patients with repair surgery after TKR.
