Abstract:Objective:To explore the method and effect of nursing intervention of pain in the treatment of liver cancer patients with ra_diofrequency ablation. Methods:60 liver cancer patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(30 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and conventional analgesic therapy;the patients in the observation group were provided extra nursing intervention of pain. The intervention effect was com_pared between the two groups. Results:The scores of pain in operation,24 and 48 hours after operation were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the rate of using analgesic drugs(first and second step)in operation,24 and 48 hours after operation was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention of pain can effectively relieve pain of the patients and reduce the use of an_algesic drugs in the treatment of liver cancer patients with radiofrequency ablation.
