Application of humanistic nursing model in improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients and nursing satisfaction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application of humanistic nursing model in improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients and nursing satisfaction. Methods:46 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(23 ca_ses in each group). The conventional nursing model was used in the control group,including environmental care,care of daily life and med_ication care;the humanistic nursing model was additionally implemented in the study group. The quality of life of the patients and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The scores of life quality of the patients and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher and better in the study group than the control group after the intervention and the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The humanistic nursing care can improve the life quality of patients with breast canc_er and nursing satisfaction as well.
