Effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with rheumatic disease (positive tested by T-cel ELlSPOT)
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with rheumatic disease( positive tested by T-cell ELISPOT). Methods:Nursing intervention was given to 64 positive patients with rheumatic diseases. HAMA was used to assess the psychological state of the patients when they knew the results of T-SPOT. TB the next day and after one week. Results:All the patients successfully completed the continuous treatment and were discharged from hospital. The total score of HAMA and the score of each factor like anxiety,fear,tension,insomnia and memory or attention disorder were significantly lower after the intervention than those before the intervention(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The timely nursing intervention can effectively relieve anxiety,fear,tension and other negative e-motions of( T-SPOT. TB)positive patients with rheumatic diseases and can improve their satisfaction.
