Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of the multiple rehabilitation intervention on the complicated pulmonary infection in pa-tients with cervical spinal cord injury. Methods:80 patients with cervical spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The patients in both groups were given the conventional rehabilitation training and nursing care( deep breathing training, turning over, patting on the back)after operation for one week and the patients in the treatment group were additionally provided multiple rehabilitation intervention. The pulmonary infection rate of the patients and the result of lung function tests were observed in the two groups after operation for 40 days. Results:The pulmonary infection rate of the patients was lower in the treatment group than the control group(P<0. 05);there is statistically significant difference in the comparison of the result of lung function tests be-tween the two groups after treatment(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The multiple rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the respirato-ry function and reduce pulmonary infection in patients with cervical spinal cord injury so as to improve their life quality.
