The routine nursing care and health education was implemented in the control group and the synchronous health education was conducted to the patients and their families in the experimental group based on the routine one. The change of white blood cells at each time point in the chemotherapy intermission have been observed in the two groups since the day of finishing chemotherapy, the respiratory tract infection and the quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of clinical symptoms of respiratory tract infection on the day of 7th,14th,21st and 28th in the chemotherapy in-termission were lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0. 05);the total score of life quality of the patients was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0. 05);the differences in the comparison of the physiological and psychological fac-tors and medical relationship were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0. 05).
