Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of pain management in the light of JCI standard on pain control in the treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA)by applying lymphocyte immunotherapy. Methods:84 patients with RSA were randomly divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=40). The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care and health education and the patients in the observation group were provided extra pain management in the light of JCI standard. The pain scores of the patients and the degree of satisfaction of patients with pain control were compared between the two groups. Results:The pain scores were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the degree of satisfaction of patients with pain control was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of pain man-agement in the light of JCI standard can not only effectively alleviate the pain of patients, but also improve the satisfaction of patients with pain control, which can help patients adhere to treatment.
