Application of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with hepatobiliary operation combined with diabetes

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients With hepatobiliary operation combined With diabetes. Methods:2OO patients With hepatobiliary operation combined With diabetes Were randomly divided into the observa_tion group and the control group(1OO cases in each group). The routine nursing care Was given to the patients in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention Was implemented in the observation group. The nursing effect Was compared betWeen the tWo groups. Re_sults:The success rate of operation Was 1OO﹪ and no patients died. The patient’s aWareness rate of health KnoWledge Was 91﹪ in the ob_servation group and significantly higher than 71﹪ in the control group(P < O. O5);the satisfaction rate(1OO﹪ )Was significantly higher in the observation group than that(83﹪ )in the control group(P < O. O5);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group Was significantly loWer than that in the control group(P < O. O5). Conclusion:The perioperative nursing intervention can effectively control blood sugar of the patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve their quality of life.
