Abstract：Objective:To investigate the influence of humanized nursing on the pain degree and stress response of patients undergoing thyroid operation. Methods:72 patients With thyroid operation Were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(36 cases in each group). The routine nursing care Was taKen in the control group and the humanized nursing intervention Was additionally pro_vided for the patients in the observation group. Results:The postoperative stress response of the patients Was milder in the observation group than the control group(P < O. O5);the SAS and SDS scores Were significantly loWer after the intervention than those before the intervention and they Were loWer in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P < O. O5);the pain degree of patients Was sig_nificantly loWer in the observation groups than the control group(P < O. O5). Conclusion:The humanized nursing intervention can effective_ly relieve the pain and stress response of patients With thyroid operation.
