Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on respiratory function of patients with pm2. 5 - induced COpD

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on respiratory function of patients With PM2. 5 —induced COPD. Methods:1OO patients Who complained of an attacK of COPD induced by PM 2. 5 Were randomly divided into the interven_tion group and the control group(5O cases in each group)according to the order of admission. The patients in the control group Were given routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group Were additionally given targeted and comprehensive nursing intervention. The improvement of pulmonary function and health status of the patients and the total effective rate Were compared betWeen the tWo groups. Re_sults:The score and value of SGRQ and 6MWT improved and Was superior in the intervention group to the control group(P < O. O5);the pred value of FEV1 ,FEV1 ∕ FVC and FEV1﹪ significantly improved and Was better in the intervention group than the control group(P <O. O5);the total effective rate Was 84﹪ in the intervention group and higher than 56﹪ in the control group(P < O. O5). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance the therapeutic effect and improve health status of the patients in the treatment of COPD induced by PM2. 5.
