Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of clinical nursing path in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery. Methods:4O patients Who underWent laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery Were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(2O cases in each group). The routine nursing model Was used in the control group and the clinical nursing path model Was taKen in the observation group. The hospitalization days and expenses,postoperative recovery,mastery of health KnoWledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care Were compared betWeen the tWo groups. Results:There Were statistically significant differences in the comparison of hospitalization days and expenses,postoperative recovery,mastery of health KnoWledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care betWeen the tWo groups(P < O. O5). Conclusion:Application of clinical nursing path in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery can reduce hospitalization expenses,shorten the time of hospitalization and improve the patient′s aWareness of health KnoWledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care.
