Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients With breast resection in the perioperative period. Methods:66 patients Who Would receive mastectomy in our hospital Were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(33 cases in each group). The routine nursing care Was taKen in the control group and the comprehen_sive nursing intervention Was implemented in the perioperative period in the study group. The patients′ conditions Were evaluated by using SDS and SAS and compared betWeen the tWo groups before and after operation. Results:There Were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of SDS and SAS of the patients betWeen the tWo groups on the day of admission(P > O. O5);the SDS and SAS scores of the patients Were loWer in the study group than the control group on the 3rd day after operation(P < O. O5). Conclusion:The com_prehensive nursing intervention implemented in the perioperative period can improve the patient’s psychological tolerance and mitigate their negative emotion.
