Clinical nursing care in the treatment of 8 children with orbital complications in acute sinusitis by applying nasal endoscopic operation
Abstract：Objective:To revieW the clinical nursing method and effect in the treatment of orbital complications in acute sinusitis by ap_plying nasal endoscopic operation. Methods:8 children With orbital complications Were treated With nasal endoscopic operation and they Were given positive clinical nursing care,including general perioperative nursing care,observation,special nursing care and nursing care for complications. Results:The body temperature of 8 children returned to normal in one or 2 days after operation and local symptoms disap_peared in 3 WeeKs after operation. No relevant nasal or intracranial complications occurred and all patients Were cured. Conclusion:The ac_tive clinical nursing measures can help children With recovery.
