Observation on the effect of clinical nursing procedures in the comprehensive and sequential treatment of 5O2 cases of congenital cleft lip and cleft palate
Abstract:Objective:To summarize the clinical nursing experience in the comprehensive and sequential treatment of 5O2 patients With congenital cleft lip and cleft palate before and after operation so as to further improve the quality of nursing care. Methods:The clinical nursing procedures Were carried out before and after the surgical treatment of 5O2 patients,including health education,psychological nurs_ing,preoperative nursing,postoperative care and discharge guidance. Results:The clinical effect Was satisfactory. The Wound healing by first intention Was in 414 cases and the appearance Was improved obviously;palatal fistula and relapse occurred in 11 cases;the Wound healed Well in the other patients and their speech improved evidently. Conclusion:Implementation of the standardized clinical nursing program be_fore and after surgery is conducive to the success of cleft lip and palate surgery.
