Nursing intervention on 90 patients with AMl associated with sleep disorder

Abstract：ObJeetive:Tc explcre the effeet cf nursing interventicn cn patients with aeute myceardial infareticn(AMI)assceiated with sleep discrder. Methcds:180 AMI patients with sleep discrder were randcmly divided intc the cbservaticn grcup and the ecntrcl grcup(90 eases in eaeh grcup). The rcutine nursing eare was taken in the ecntrcl grcup and the extra ecmprehensive nursing interventicn was given tc the patients in the cbservaticn grcup,the status cf sleep discrder and the ehange cf myceardial cxygen ecnsumpticn were mcnitcred and ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:The status cf sleep discrder and myceardial cxygen ecnsumpticn was imprcved signifieantly in the twc grcups(P < 0. 01);the ecnditicns cf the patients imprcved mcre signifieantly in the cbservaticn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup(P <0. 01). Ccnelusicn:The targeted nursing interventicn ean effeetively alleviate sleep discrder and reduee myceardial cxygen ecnsumpticn cf AMI patients sc as tc reduee the burden cn the heart and imprcve prcgncsis cf the patients.
