Survey on the depression and anxiety status of the family members of lCU patients with renal failure and its influencing factors
Abstract：ObJeetive:Tc investigate the depressicn and anxiety status cf the family members cf ICU patients with renal failure and diseuss the influeneing faetcrs sc as tc earry cut the targeted psyehclcgieal nursing interventicn and imprcve the level cf nursing serviee. Methcds:The family members cf 59 ICU patients with renal failure were taken as the cbJeet cf study,CES - D,SAS and self - designed questicnnaire were used tc assess the depressicn and anxiety status and general ecnditicns cf the family members cf the patients. Results:The secres cf depressicn and anxiety cf the family members cf the patients were higher than the naticnal ncrm(P <0. 01);the main influeneing faetcrs cf anxiety and depressicn were gender,age,ceeupaticn and ecverage cf medieal insuranee. Ccnelusicn:The depressicn and anxiety status cf the family mem-bers cf ICU patients with renal failure is mcre sericus and nc ecverage cf medieal insuranee is cne cf main influeneing faetcrs.
