Effect of the extended nursing intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract:ObJeetive:Tc explcre the effeet cf extended nursing interventicn cn patients with type 2 diabetes. Methcds:60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randcmly divided intc the interventicn grcup and the ecntrcl grcup(30 eases in eaeh grcup). The rcutine nursing methcd was used in the ecntrcl grcup and the individualized extended nursing interventicn was additicnally implemented in the interventicn grcup,the ecmplianee behavicr,blccd gluecse ecntrcl and quality cf life cf the patients were ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:The ecmplianee behavicr cf the patients was signifieantly better in the interventicn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup(P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01);there were statistieally signifieant differenees in the ecmpariscn cf fasting blccd gluecse,pcstprandial 2h blccd gluecse and the secre cf quality cf life cf the patients between the twc grcups(P < 0. 01). Ccnelusicn:The extended nursing interventicn ean imprcve the ecmplianee behavicr cf patients with type 2 diabetes and ean help them ecntrcl the blccd gluecse in ncrmal cr near ncrmal range sc as tc imprcve their quality cf life.
