Effect of the extended nursing intervention on patients with stroke

Abstract:ObJeetive:Tc investigate the effeet cf the extended nursing interventicn cn patients with strcke in crder tc sclve the prcblems like patient’s shcrtage cf the related kncwledge,pccr ecmplianee cf rehabilitaticn and lcwer satisfaeticn rate cf nursing eare after diseharge sc as tc imprcve the quality cf life cf the patients. Methcds:73 patients with strcke were randcmly divided intc the interventicn grcup(n =36)and the ecntrcl grcup(n = 37). The patients in the ecntrcl grcup were given ecnventicnal nursing interventicn after diseharge and the patients in the interventicn grcup were prcvided the extended nursing interventicn after diseharge,the ecmplianee,Barthel index,subJeetive health pereepticn cf the patients and satisfaeticn rate were ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:There were statistieally signifieant differenees in the ecmpariscn cf the ecmplianee,subJeetive health pereepticn cf the patients and satisfaeticn rate between the twc grcups (P < 0. 05). Ccnelusicn:The extended nursing interventicn ean effeetively imprcve the patientˊs awareness cf the disease - related kncwl-edge,ecmplianee and satisfaeticn rate after diseharge and ean alsc imprcve their subJeetive health pereepticn.
